Refund policy

Requests for products to be returned must be submitted by email to -accounts@interiorsbyalbertha.com.au within 30 days of receipt of the product. Product must be returned in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is damaged or worn in any way. 

Only the cost of the product will be refunded, not the freight charges (if applicable). 

Refunds will be made on receipt of the goods back to Interiors by Albertha, undamaged or worn. Payment of the refund will be by the same method as your original payment.
